ОСУЧАСНЕННЯ ДЕФІНІЦІЇ «ЛЮДСЬКИЙ КАПІТАЛ» ПРАЦЕЗДАТНОГО НАСЕЛЕННЯ

У статті обґрунтовано актуальність теми, яка обумовлена тим, що в умовах нинішньої невизначеності, непередбачуваності і появи нових соціальних ризиків питання збереження людського капіталу є основою забезпечення відновлення країни і, відповідно, програм повоєнного розвитку. З метою реалізації поставленої мети було проаналізовано інформаційні джерела формування поняття «людський капітал» як економічної категорії в динаміці розвитку. Досліджено рекомендації міжнародних інституцій щодо наявності положень про змістовність поняття «людський капітал» та ефективність його розвитку. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення механізму відновлення, накопичення і захисту людського капіталу протягом життя з урахуванням впливу нових соціальних ризиків, а також інклюзії, людиноцентризму і новітніх технологій.
