У статті досліджено поведінкові патерни фармацевтичних компаній в Україні в умовах інституційної та ринкової невизначеності. Метою є виявлення логіки рішень фармацевтичних виробників та чинників, що її зумовлюють. Використано порівняльний аналіз, елементи поведінкової економіки та інституційний підхід. Встановлено, що поєднання регуляторних сигналів, ринкових стимулів і репутаційного тиску формує специфічні траєкторії поведінки компаній. Отримані результати дозволяють удосконалити підходи до фармацевтичної політики й підвищити передбачуваність взаємодії між державою та бізнесом.
