РОЛЬ НЕМАТЕРІАЛЬНИХ АКТИВІВ У СИСТЕМІ ФІНАНСОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ

У статті досліджено трансформацію фінансового управління в умовах економіки знань, де нематеріальні активи (НМА) стають основним джерелом вартості компаній. Проаналізовано ключові виклики, пов’язані з обліком, оцінюванням та інтеграцією цих активів у фінансові стратегії, зокрема розрив між балансовою та ринковою вартістю, швидке застарівання технологій та відсутність уніфікованих стандартів. На прикладах провідних компаній продемонстровано, як інноваційні інструменти (штучний інтелект,блокчейн, кібербезпека) допомагають оптимізувати управління НМА. У статті обґрунтовано, що ефективне використання НМА вимагає гармонізації технологічних, правових та управлінських рішень, а також формування нових стандартів обліку, здатних враховувати динаміку цифрової ери.
