ЕКОСИСТЕМА СМАРТ-ЕКОНОМІКИ В ГЛОБАЛЬНОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність розуміння економіки в якості екосистеми, в якій врівноважені процеси економічного, соціального, екологічного, політичного розвитку. Проаналізовано еволюцію понять «екосистема», «підприємницька екосистема», «цифрова екосистема», «цифрова підприємницька екосистема» та ін. Доведено, що поняття «смартекономіка» є результатом послідовного втілення екосистемного підходу до розуміння економічних явищ і процесів. Смарт-економіка може розумітися у широкому та вузькому змісті. Смарт-економіка розвивається на основі широкомасштабного проникнення новітніх технологій, поширення нових принципів економічної діяльності та життя людей, збільшення уваги до соціальних проблем населення та питань охорони навколишнього середовища.
